Join us on the mat

Mat based Pilates sessions that fit in with you. In person classes and private sessions, online videos and, live group classes. Join us to help your body move beautifully and gain its best balance.

Our classes are open to everybody regardless of fitness. We aim to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere in each session and include exercises for all levels of ability.

TEACHER and OWNER

There are many benefits that I love about Pilates. The one thing that got me hooked is that during the session you cannot think about anything else. All worries, stresses and anxieties melt into the background while you feel your body working and moving. As the tension disappears, the sense of strength and well-being takes over until you leave feeling taller, leaner and even graceful!

Pilates has changed the way I view my body, the way I think about my health and my well-being. My aim is simple: to share the bountiful benefits of this fantastic exercise system with as many people as possible. Young or old, top athlete or couch potato, whether you can touch your toes or just your nose, you can gain something from each class and I’d love to have you join in.

Robyn qualified with a REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) recognised Skills Active Level 3 Diploma in teaching Mat Pilates. With over 10 years' experience  she hased worked with personal trainers, massage therapists, community centres and workplace well-being programmes to bring Pilates to a variety of people. Clients include a wide-range of abilities, ages and fitness levels.
